| Fully Automatic Auto-Vibrator Feeder System |
There are two different models for high accuracy of tablet feeding systems.
•
VF 9 comes with KERN makes balance the capacity of 310g with accuracy of 0.001g (1 mg)
• VF 10 model comes with the capacity of 210g with accuracy of 0.0001g (0.1 mg)
In both the systems it works fully automatic with its own. Biggest advantage of this system is no manpower is required for operating the system. Also one can feed the date as well as one can put number of tablets on weighing feeder and tablets comes out automatically. When required number of tablets (sample feeds on software) comes on weighing scale the system gets stopped
automatically. After the completion of the process it automatically prepares the required reports.
Continuous automatic verification with the VF 10 having error free operation. It is fully automatic without manpower. Capsules, pills and small electronic or mechanical parts are fed to scale automatically with the VF 10 feeder. |

| Without Auto-Vibrator Feeder System : |
|
In this system the person has to manually place the weighing units on the balance. The minimum requirements of this system are one KERN balance and standard SQC software. With the help of this a person manually places the table on the weighing pan. As soon as the stability mark comes the weighing data is transfer to the PC and this software record the total job completion. (i.e. no of tablets mentioned in the program). The system stops and report is generated in few seconds. |

| With Auto-vibrator Feeder System VF 10 (fully Automatic) : |
|
This system required one KERN balance and one standard PC along with SQC software. This system works without the help of manpower. The Auto Vibrator feeder is controlled by PLC which is an inbuilt program. The built in program has a facility to detect any kind of error. The data feeded in the software system will sense the tablet one-by-one in standard format. A photocell watches the items go by and interrupts the feeder after each one. If the scale registers that the weight is valid a pulse restarts the feeder. If required the feeder empties itself when a
sample of defined size is completed. As soon as the job completes it will automatically generate the report in graphical presentation showing the standard deviation. |

Data received from the weighing balance is on line at the time of processing. The printout comes in report save and print format. |
