Along with using a day cream in the morning, make sure to use one at night too. A night cream can help to moisturize your skin as you sleep and improve's skin hydration levels.
Exfoliate in moderation
Scrubs and exfoliants can be harsh on dry and sensitive skin in winters. Avoid using any such products in winters, especially if you're noticing dry and flaky skin. Look for gentler scrubs and indulge in face masks to keep skin hydrated.
Avoid powder make-up
If you're indulging in make-up in winters, it's best to avoid powder-based make-up, as it can be drying. Instead look for cream-based and liquid formulas, which don't dry the skin further.
