- Avon offers return or replacement of products that can be initiated within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
- Returns/replacements are accepted only in case of
- Damages during delivery,
- Missing products, or
- Wrong products delivered
- Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only
- Kindly ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached.
- The maximum product quantity allowed for returns or replacement is the quantity invoiced
