Payment Methods and Payment Service Provider Details

 

1. Online Payment Methods :-

a) Payment Methods available at Quest’s Website -

                     i.            Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and RuPay.

                    ii.            Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Dinning, Pre-Paid and Maestro.

                  iii.            Net Banking

                  iv.            UPI

                    v.            QR Scan Code

                  vi.            Wallets

b) Security of these Payment Methods –Quest guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information.

c) The fees or charges payable by users – User is not required to pay any fee or charges for using any of the above payment methods. Quest is bearing the MDR* (Merchant Discount Rate) charges.

* MDR is a charge that a merchant is charged by their issuing financial institution for accepting payments from their customers through credit card, debit card, net banking, and wallets.

d) The procedure to cancel regular payments under those methods – The rights are reserved for the customer while making the online payment at Quest’s website. In case direct seller desires to return the products in accordance with Company’s return policy, then he has the option to take back refund and Online transfer to his bank account against the credit note so generated. Alternatively, he can use the credit note for his future Avon Purchases. 

e) Charge-back* options – This option is available as per the guidelines of RBI and the customer needs to make a request to his/her card issuing bank as per their discretion.

*A chargeback amount comes from customer card issuer bank when customer raises a request for disputing a transaction with Card issuer Bank.

c)CODHD (Cash on Delivery Home delivery) – We have dedicated CODHD vendors who collect the money from the customers while making delivery of the goods to customers.

 

d)       Cash** – Customers can make payment at specific Quest Locations counter and Bank over the Counter through Cash. For successful transactions, Quest Location concerned person shares the data with Quest finance team to update the payment in system. Such payments get updated in the system within 24 hours.

 

** Important:

(i) Quest does not accept cash greater than Rs. 1,99,999/- in terms of provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961.
