Avon Returns & Replacement Policy
• Avon offers return or replacement of products that can be initiated within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
• Returns/replacements are accepted only in case of
◦ Damages during delivery,
• Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only
• Kindly ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached.
• The maximum product quantity allowed for returns or replacement is the quantity invoiced
• In case there is a delay in delivery beyond the timeline stipulated in Delivery and Shipping Policy, there shall be an option to cancel / return the order.
• Cost of return shipping is not applicable.
• In case of any Missing & Interchange products delivered to you in your order. Kindly contact to customer care within 3 days from delivery date.
