    6. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our website, we will not process that product order, and you will receive notification for the same with the rest of your order if there are other products in that order. The balance advance amount paid by you will be refunded to you as re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit/credit card for the products.

If an error is found prior to dispatch of the products, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your debit/credit card for the products.

The price of a product includes applicable taxes. The price of a product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges as may be applicable shall be charged extra.

    14. Our products will only be delivered in India. Users from outside of India, purchasing our products must indicate a delivery address in India where the products can be delivered. You will be entitled to request for cancellation of the order and the amount if any paid by you for that order shall be either refunded or a credit note be issued as per the cancellation term, and if it is not possible to prevent delivery before cancellation, you may return the product without incurring any cost as per the procedure for return of the goods

    8. Our liability to Consumer
We understand that you are purchasing the products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from  wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
